Graves Show Cattle is a family owned business run by father and son. Our goal is to operate our cattle business based on moral values and good solid ethics. We started our herd back in 1995 with an emphasis on producing the highest quality show cattle through A.I. , embryo transfer, and selection of top quality females along with using top herd sires. Almost all of our cattle originated from top Western herds such as Black Hereford Ranch, Wagonhammer Ranch, Bobby May, Caldwell Show Cattle, and Beitelspacher Farms. In addition to these fine operations we’ve also purchased cattle through the Sweetheart and Exposure Sales and The Cream of the Crop. We’ve also flushed several of our top producing females over the years to increase the quality of our herd. The newest addition to our donor program is a top selling lot in the recent Exposure sale. She was Lot 129, an Irish Whiskey x Draft Pick daughter. Her dam was several time supreme champion heifer shown by Mid Continent Farms. We have been using our new bull, Bombero. He is the result of eggs produced in our herd from a top producing Wagonhammer cow. His genetics include Heat Wave x Mail Lady 6043F . Mail Lady 6034F is a maternal sister to a former grand champion steer at the Indiana State Fair. Semen on him can be purchased through most major distributors.
